Reader's Choice GOLD in Manicure + Pedicure

How quickly the time has gone! After four-and-a-half years, we finally received a call from Mountain News telling us Glamorous was nominated for best Manicure + Pedicure in Hamilton.

I was shocked, flattered, excited and ALL the emotions, and naturally, I went to go vote for myself. But when I saw all the competition, my confidence and excitement went a hundred to zero real quick. But — I quickly erased the negative thoughts and replaced it with gratitude for just being considered.

Weeks later, I get a call: we actually won 3rd place! It made me reflect on how far the salon has come. It’s been such a crazy and happy adventure - making the decision to focus and grow on something that I love - and trying my best to create & connect with our clients (even in the smallest ways).

With this being said, none of this would have been possible without our amazing clients! I love the connections and relationships I have built as a result of the salon. And of course, I would be NOTHING without the love and support of the Glamorous Team. You’re all seriously amazing human beings. Thank you for putting up with me (I can be a little controlling and a bit of a savage at times) and for always working so hard to build and create an amazing atmosphere for everyone to enjoy being pampered.
